Hike with new friends! Hike + Heal, a local ladies-only hiking initiative (sorry, dudes), will be taking to Fairmount Park for a free hike ending with a glorious sound bath surrounded by trees. Work-week stress, be gone. Do it.
Run for a good cause! The Monster Milers, a local running group that runs with shelter dogs to get them moving and, in the long run, increase their chances of adoption, will meet at Philadelphia Runner at 10:30 a.m. for a three-mile fun run with an adoptable pup. All dog lovers welcome! Do it.
