Watermelon Agua Fresca

Ingredientsbenefits of drinking water

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

Directions
Add watermelon, lime juice and water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
Add mint to the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or drink right away if you’re impatient).
Serve over ice.
