2) Promotes weight loss:

By staying hydrated, you can more accurately assess your hunger cues. Sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst!

3) Flushes out toxins:

The kidneys and liver are the filter systems within our bodies. Water is necessary for removal of waste and by-products from metabolism.

4) Key to radiant skin:

Drinking enough water keeps your skin more pliable to help stave off wrinkles and dry, tight, or flaky skin.

5) Aids in digestion

Water plays a vital role in digestion by keeping things moving within your intestines. Stay hydrated for your digestive health. You should be drinking at least half of your weight in ounces per day. For example, if someone weighs 150 pounds, they should be drinking 75 ounces of water per day. If it’s a particularly hard training day, you may need to add 8-16 more ounces of water and electrolytes via Gatorade, coconut water or another sports drink. Combining vitamin E, biotin, and hydration will give you that “glow” you are looking for!
