It’s Pumpkin Spice Latte (#PSL) season, and as the weather turns crisp, it’s important to remember to stay on track. One grande Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks packs in 380 calories, 14 grams of fat and 50 grams of sugar! While I do like to indulge in these every once in a while, it is not something you should often do. Saving your calories for real food instead of sweetened beverages will help you feel full longer and get optimal nutrition throughout the day. Most sweetened beverages can be the culprit of halted weight loss due to overconsumption of calories. Cream and sugar in your coffee, sweet tea, soda, juices and other sweetened beverages should be kept to a minimum because those calories and sugar can add up quick! So what’s an autumn-crazed-warm-drink-lover to do? The answer is this: The Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
